Good amenities, convenient location, variety of food options. During my recent business trip, I appreciated the availability of a wide range of amenities in the hotel including basic household amenities and facilities that made my stay comfortable. the hotel's location on a busy street was convenient for easy access to the city center and other nearby attractions. I also enjoyed the variety of food options available, with delicious local and international cuisine at reasonable prices.
Poor customer service, unpleasant smell, unclean rooms. Unfortunately, the customer service provided by the hotel staff was unsatisfactory, with slow response times to my requests and lack of courtesy.

The hotel has great amenities and is located in a convenient area near plenty of shops and restaurants. The parking area was spacious and secure. The beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's rest.
The staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating. The check-in experience was tedious and slow.
